Shrimp Powder

Directions : Mix with rice or fried rice. Add to chilli paste or mixed vegetable soup (Gaeng Lieng). Sprinkle as a topping for Okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza). Add to any dish to enhance shrimp aroma and flavour.
