Directions : This paste is an easy way to cook a yellow curry (Gaeng Kari). Just add coconut milk, Meat of your choice (Chicken or beef), Potatoes, Onions and season according to taste. Serve with rice or roti and accompany with pickled cucumber and red shallot relish.
