SPICY DEEP FRIED SALMON WITH NAM PLA WHAN EASY & TASTY MENU

- 150 g nam pla whan original formula
- 300 g cubes salmon
- 1 egg
- 100 g batter mix
- 30 g shallot
- 30 g chilli
- 30 g dried shrimp
- 30 g strewberry
- 20 g fried shallot
- Thai parsley for decorate
- vegetable oil for frying
STEP 1 : Fried salmon
• Dip cube salmon in egg mixture then roll in batter mix at least 2 times.
• Heat oil then fry salmon until golden, Remove from oil and set aside to drain.
STEP 2 : Mix num pla whan
• Prepare dipping sauce by mix maepranom num pla whan original formula with Shallot, Chilli, Dried shrimp and strewberry then pour into a small bowl.
STEP 3 : Serve
• Prepare fried salmon on plate, Add fried shallots and thai parsley and ready to serve.
