Serves: 3 Prepare and cook time: approximately 15 mins
Ingredients:
Sliced Bread 6 slices
Maepranom Thai Chilli Paste with Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Tinned Tuna in Spring Water, drained ¼ cup
Roasted Almonds, coarsely crushed 1/3 cup
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, coarsely crushed 3 tbsp
Avocado, thinly sliced 1
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together Maepranom Thai Chilli Paste with Olive Oil and mayonnaise. Then, add tuna and mix together well, and set aside.
2. Thinly spread mayonnaise on 1 slice of bread. Then sprinkle with almonds and pumpkin seeds. Next, place sliced avocado on top. On another slice of bread, spread the tuna mixture that was prepared earlier and place over the first slice to make a sandwich. Cut into bite size pieces. Ready to serve.
